Fitness Base Camp's Services

Fitness Base Camp offers a variety of services backed by professional support from our entire team. Our app has exercises demonstrated by qualified professionals. These exercises are used by our team to build the workouts which are available in our app. In additional to our app, we developed “The 10x10 Challenge.” Finally a proven 10 minute, full body workout for all ages and fitness levels. No equipment needed, just our app and your commitment to improving your health. You will receive full support from our team if you have any questions along your journey. This workout series is purpose built to get you in shape and kick start a lifestyle change for an improved and healthier you. For a more personalized experience we offer our “Port Antonio Wellness Retreat”. An enter week of personalized training, nutrition, relaxation, and adventure in Port Antonio, Jamaica.
