How much does this service cost?
As little as $0.27¢ a day!  There are two options for subscription that give you full unrestricted access to our app where Team Fitness Base Camp is continuously adding new workouts, exercises, and other great health, fitness, and wellness content.   When you subscribe your account will automatically be renewed until you cancel your subscription.   If you wish to cancel your subscription, see below FAQ "How do I cancel my subscription?" for more information.

- Annual Subscription $99.99:  12 months unrestricted access to our app, 16.5% savings, and eligibility to win a Trip to Jamaica.

- Monthly Subsscription $9.99.  1 month unrestricted access to our app.

Is my credit card required for registration?
No.  All subscriptions come with a 7 days FREE! trial period…If you like it you can subscribe at the end of the trial 7 day period.

What are the payment options?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.  For corporate clients we can facilitate a wire transfer.

How do I cancel my subscription?
While we would love to see you stick around we understand that sometimes you may need a break.  We've made it very easy to cancel your subscription.  Follow these three simple steps to cancel your account.

1. Login to the Fitness Base Camp app and tap on the Nav Bar button in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap on your profile photo in the top left of the screen. 
3. At the bottom of your profile page you will see "Cancel Account"  Tap that and hit "Yes" to confirm.

How do I change my password?
Follow these steps to changing your password.

1. Login to the Fitness Base Camp app and tap on the Nav Bar button in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap on your profile photo in the top left of the screen. 
3. At the top right of the screen tap on the three small dots.  You will see "Edit Profile" and "Update Password".  Tap on "Update Password"
4.  Enter your old password and then enter and confirm your new password.  Once done tap on "Update" and you're done!

Does it matter where I am?
No. You just need internet and use our app or website to gain access to all our services regardless of where you are. 



How does Fitness Base Camp help a certified personal trainer?
The best feature for Personal Trainers is the fact you can build and share workouts online. Use exercises from the growing Fitness Base Camp database or add your own exercises. Use the Custom Workout tool to build a sequence of exercises which will generate a video where you friends and clients can simply click "Start Workout" and follow along with the video.  If your clients and friends are not subscribed to Fitness Base Camp you can share by email which will allow them to print and take the workout with them.

How does Fitness Base Camp help an athlete?
Features which would help an athlete is the ability to store previous workouts, store your statistics, and ability to log and store custom statistics.  In addition you have a database of hundreds of exercises which can give you ideas for designing and storing your own training.

How do I share workouts with clients / friends?
There are two ways you can share workouts.  First you have to build your custom workout then you can share by email or by sending it to friends who are subscribed to Fitness Base Camp. Check out this video to show how to share a workout.

How do I build my own custom workout?
Login to your Fitness Base Camp account and click on the "Workout" tab then select "Add Custom Workout"  Check out this video to see how to add a custom workout. "

How do I add a custom exercise?
Login to your Fitness Base Camp account and click on the "Exercise" tab then select "Add Custom Exercise"  Check out this video to see how to add  a custom exercise.

How do I log my progress?
Logging your fitness progress happens in two ways. First by uploading your progress photos periodicall, second by logging your measurements from time to time. Our charts will show if you are making progress over time. Check out this video of how to log your fitness progress.

What type of workouts do you offer?

I signed up, what's next?
Once you sign up you enter some basic measurements such as your weight, waist, etc.  Then you get started with picking a workout from the "Workout" tab.  Check out the video "How to select a workout"


Can I get a personalized workout?
Yes!  You need to be a paid subscriber and write to us at workouts@fitnessbasecamp.com and we will help guide you in selecting a workout or we will build one from scratch that suits your specific situation.

Do I need Equipment?
No. We have my workouts that require no equipment and are designed for all fitness levels.

Does it matter what age I am?
No. Absolutely not. We have designed workouts for all fitness levels. Best to pick a workout which suites your fitness level.

Am I too overweight for your workouts?
No.  Many of our workouts are designed for beginners that are low intensity to allow you to start at any fitness level and weight.

I'm extremely busy, do you have workouts for busy people on the go?
Yes!  We have workouts for all fitness levels and intensities which are 10 minutes and less for those with busy schedules and on the go.

How often to i need to train to see result?
To see results consistency and frequency are the key to achieving physical change. It is recommended to exercise no less than 3 times each week.  Check out Greg McCann's "6 Principles of Physical Change"

Does it matter if I haven't trained in a while?
No.  Regardless of fitness level we have a workout for everyone. If you want to build your own, use our growing exercise database to inspire the creation of your own custom workouts.

Do your workouts apply to those with injuries?
Working out with injuries follows a philosophy as well as picking exercises that are specific to what needs to be achieved without causing further injury. If you are unable to find a workout on our site that does not suit your physical limitations, write to us at info@fitnessbasecamp.com and we will design a tailor made workout just for you. 

How do I lose weight?
To see weight loss results, consistency and frequency of your workouts are the key to achieving physical change. It is recommended to exercise no less than 3 times each week.  You basically need to be burning more calories than you are taking in to lose weight. Once you reach your desired weight you can then adjust your workouts and nutritional intake to maintain or improve your fitness level.  Check out Greg McCann's "How do i get a six pack?" video.

How do I take my measurements?

Does an online workout plan really work?
Yes.  With the industry moving to online platforms, the method of delivering a workouts to users is getting more efficient and user friendly. Our main goal is to make it easy for you to follow along with a workout.
