Nickie is an international researcher, mentor, guide, a lover of life and part of the solution. Her journey of mind body soul wellness had her travelling through careers in Journalism, Hotel Sales and Marketing and Spa Management. Nickie has spent over 20 years exploring her own personal wellness through diet and lifestyle and continues to do so. This decision led her to being a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and embracing and nourishing a meditation practice. Nickie is currently a student of Ayurveda and is passionate about sharing tips and tools that have served her on her mind body and soul wellness journey.
